(Megan White is 25 years old, has blue gray eyes, longish blonde hair, stands 5’3”, and weighs 93 lbs. Megan has an extremely curious mind, and she’s always wanted to know more about the Torchwood secret operation company that she lives nearby)
MEGAN: (Wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt with black stretch pants and white walking shoes. She keeps walking around the area where she knows the Torchwood people work, but doesn’t see any buildings that have the name TORCHWOOD on them. Suddenly notices someone appearing out of nowhere (Gwen Cooper: EVE MYLES) from in front of a building, and Gwen doesn’t see Megan, who’s watching Gwen pace away quickly. Frowns in her extreme incomprehension, and instantly goes running up to where Gwen appeared. Looks around to find something that will take her to Torchwood, and unexpectedly finds herself going down on some kind of elevator. Her eyes widen when she sees unusual things, like a very large reptile, and then the elevator stops to let her off at the bottom. Swallows hard, and slowly starts looking around the strange place. Stops to see something inside a medium size aquarium, and narrows her eyes to see that it’s a tiny animal of some kind. A man (Jack Harkness: JOHN BARROWMAN) suddenly comes from out of nowhere startling her, and she swallows while holding Jack’s rather annoyed gaze) Oh – hi. I’m sorry. I was just about to leave.
JACK: Well, now you’re not. I’d like to know how the hell you got in here, first of all.
MEGAN: (Doesn’t answer Jack, and instead tries to get to the elevator. Jack grabs a hold of her arm before she even gets on it, and yanks her away. Struggling with the strong young man) Let go of me, I wasn’t touching anything. (Avoiding Jack’s rather hard gaze, trying to get out of his grasp) Let go of me.
JACK: You didn’t answer my question, how did you get in here? On the lift? Who are you?
MEGAN: Yeah, yeah, on the elevator. Will you just let me go, please? I won’t tell anybody, I promise.
JACK: Oh, and you’re not going to. You’re coming with me, whoever or whatever you are. (Starts pulling the struggling girl into another room, closes the door, locks it so she can’t get out, and stands in front of the door looking at Megan. Staring at the very pretty blonde in interest and curiosity) I asked who you are.
MEGAN: Megan White. Look, I’m sorry I went where I shouldn’t have. I just wanna get out of here now.
JACK: You’re not leaving just yet, Miss White. Where do you live, huh? You live around here? (Megan decides not to answer anymore questions, and scowls at Jack. Sighs heavily) Answer me, Megan.
MEGAN: (Sits down in a chair at a long table that’s in the big room, and keeps her eyes on Jack in case he decides to attack her or anything) Yeah, I live in an apartment about a block away from here.
JACK: (Someone knocks at the door, and Jack turns to see Gwen standing there through the window. He steps out, closes the door without locking it, and stands against it) We’ve got ourselves a trespasser in here.
GWEN: Trespasser? How did – is it a she or he? (Looks through the window to see Megan, who can’t see her, and her eyes widen) Oh, wow. Did she get in with the lift? (Jack nods) What’s her name then?
JACK: Megan White. Says she lives in an apartment about a block from here. Check her out for me. (Gwen nods, and he goes back into the room, closes and locks the door, and meets Megan’s narrowed eyes)
MEGAN: How long are you gonna keep me here? My parents are gonna get worried and look for me.
JACK: As long as I have to. My friend out there is gonna find out about you on the computer, so –
MEGAN: She won’t find anything because I’m not on the internet. I don’t even have a computer.
JACK: She can still find something about you. How old are you anyway? You look seventeen to me.
MEGAN: Seventeen? Are you kidding me? I just turned twenty five a few days ago. (Jack smiles a little, and Megan frowns at the blue eyed handsome man) I bet you’re at least five years older than me.
JACK: (Raises his eyebrows at the cute blonde, and laughs) You think so, huh. (Wishes Gwen would come back already so she can tell him who his intruder is, and then Gwen knocks at the door again. Opens it to let Gwen inside, and Megan stares at Gwen wide eyed) Did you find anything, Gwen? (Gwen shakes her head no)
GWEN: Not a thing. Hello, Megan. Don’t you go to school? (Megan shakes her head no, still staring at Gwen)
MEGAN: I work in a grocery store down the street. (Gwen smiles, and Megan finds a smile to give Gwen)
JACK: Okay, thanks, Gwen. So what do you think we should do with Megan? Let her go or not?
GWEN: I don’t know. She looks human enough. She works just like we do. And she does look innocent.
JACK: Innocent? (Frowns at Gwen, and meets Megan’s rather cute grin) Did you do something to her?
MEGAN: What? I didn’t do anything to her. What do you think I am? An alien or something?
JACK: Yeah, I do, as a matter of fact. Gwen can’t find you on the computer. What do you think?
GWEN: Uh – Jack, I have to get back home. Rhys needs me for something important. (Rhys’ her boyfriend)
JACK: Yeah, okay, go ahead. (Gwen leaves, and he’s staring at Megan, looking annoyed) You’re American.
MEGAN: Yeah, so what? You’re American as well, what are you doing in England? You even look American.
JACK: (Finding Megan attractive, and knows that she’s drawn to him as well) I live here now just like you do.
MEGAN: (Jack also finds Megan’s southern accent rather appealing, and she’s starting to like him just a little now. Wants to get to know him in the worst way, but afraid to say so) Are you married, sir?
JACK: No, I’m not. You still live at home with your parents? That’s strange. You should be on your own.
MEGAN: Well, I’m starting to save my money so I can move out. And out of England, too.
JACK: Oh, I’m sorry. I forgot to tell you my name. Captain Jack Harkness. (Smiles warmly at Megan, who blushes, and he winks his left eye at her) Why do you want to move out of England? Don’t you like it here?
MEGAN: Actually, I don’t. I find the people here rather – well – some of them are so cold. Like, you.
JACK: Please, don’t compare me with them. I like some of them, and I especially like my co-workers.
MEGAN: Yeah, I noticed that. (She had seen the way he looked at Gwen before, and thinks he could have a crush on her or something. Stands up, and goes closer to the rather tall man) What kind of captain are you?
JACK: (Narrows his eyes at Megan as she stands a little too close to him) The Royal Army of England.
MEGAN: Wow. You’re too young to be a captain though. (Staring intently into Jack’s eyes, and he scowls at her a little. Smiles, liking what she sees anyway) And you’re not married. Do you have a girlfriend?
JACK: No, as a matter of fact, I don’t. But I bet you have a few boyfriends, right?
MEGAN: Nope. Well, one guy thinks he is but he really isn’t. I think of him like an older brother.
JACK: Hmm. (Gazing into Megan’s blue gray eyes, finding himself feeling something for the beautiful girl. Feels himself pressing against Megan now, and unexpectedly kisses her soft lips. Megan kisses him back, and Jack starts French kissing her. Megan likes that even better, and puts her arms around his neck. Moans in such pleasure kissing someone who looks alluring and delicious the way Megan does. They soon stop, and both just gaze into each other’s eyes in undenied desire. Swallows, and licks his lips) Oh God, you smell good.
MEGAN: So do you. Do you think you’ll ever let me go home soon, Captain? Even though I’m starting to like being with you, I really should be going now. Oh my God, I don’t think I ever wanna leave. (Giggles, and Jack laughs a little. Kisses Jack on the lips again, and he holds her against him tightly) Mmmm.
JACK: Oh God, I don’t even think I want you to leave now. You feel so soft and – I think I love you.
MEGAN: Already? I’m just liking you a lot, but I don’t feel love for you yet. But God, you’re so cute.
JACK: Oh, thank you. I think you’re beautiful. (They kiss a few more times, and then Megan moves away a little. Wanting to bed Megan so bad, but won’t only because he respects her right now) But you have to go.
MEGAN: I know. Um – Jack? Do you think you could walk me home from here? Please?
JACK: (Gives Megan a sweet smile, and kisses her lightly on the lips) Sure, why not. (When he and Megan leave the room, he notices Gwen watching him as he walks with Megan, and nods his head once in Gwen’s direction to let her know he’s going with Megan. Gwen smiles, and returns to work. Walking with Megan outside now, and even holding her soft hand. Glances at her) I love this weather, don’t you?
MEGAN: It’s okay. A little cool, but I’d like it warmer than this. I’m from Florida originally.
JACK: Really? That’s why you like it warm then. How long have you lived there?
MEGAN: I was born there, silly. (Jack smiles, feeling silly in love with his new friend)
JACK: Just wanted to see if you caught that. (Megan stops in front of the apartment building she lives in with her parents, and he turns to face her. Wishes that he’ll see her again now, wanting her so bad)
MEGAN: Well, this is it. Don’t know what I’m gonna tell my parents though. What should I say?
JACK: Just tell them you went for a walk, that’s all. They won’t yell at you, will they?
MEGAN: No, I don’t think so. My father might though. I’m their only child. I don’t have any sisters or brothers, it’s just me. (Gazing at Jack dreamily, wishing he could hold her hostage or something)
JACK: Then I guess you should go in before they come out the door. Megan, if you want, you can visit us anytime since you already know how to get there. I’d love to see you again. I really do.
MEGAN: Oh, I definitely wanna see you again, Captain. I think you’re the first gorgeous hunk I’ve seen in this town. (Jack feels himself reddening, but loves the sound of Megan’s southern accent, and she smiles)
JACK: Thank you. I better go then, Gwen and the rest of them are probably waiting for me now. (They kiss for a while, then he walks away, and Megan goes inside to her apartment. Her parents don’t get angry or anything, they just wanted to know where she was and what she was doing. He’s happy when Megan shows up at Torchwood again, and when their friendship and relationship starts blooming, they soon have sex, and both of them totally enjoy it. He’s happy, in love with such a beautiful girl, and has her forever until she moves back to Florida)
